The full servo punching machine is a special equipment used for punching the slot holes of the rotor of the motor and the silicon steel sheet of the stator. The slider of this machine is driven by servo motor, and the indexing spindle rotation of this machine is driven by servo motor and high-precision gear reduction. Since the punching press and the indexing system are flexibly linked, the machine can punch both equal and unequal angle distribution slots. It can punch the motor iron chip with special requirements at the first groove position (such as the motor core with spiral groove) and the function of multiple punches. The stator with the diameter of the motor punching sheet below F1500mm and the rotor silicon steel sheet with the diameter below F1300mm are punched by this machine.
Optional features:
1. Indexing servo feed function (commonly known as three servo): more convenient operation.
2. Slider lifting function: the balance lever mechanism and balance block device are used to reduce the vibration of the bed and ensure the punching accuracy. The slider stroke is 20mm, and the maximum stroke is 600 times/min; The lifting stroke of the slider is 30mm, and the total stroke of the slider is 50mm, which is convenient for automatic pick-and-place punching.
3. Tangential chute function: add the chute punching mechanism, which can punch the punching piece and stack it into the core of the tangential chute.
4. Lifting workbench function: the height of the workbench can be adjusted manually, and the lifting height is 8mm.
5. Discharging form after scrap. It is convenient for scrap conveyor belt transfer.
